How about BARACK???

Just kidding; a little too politically loaded, eh? :):)

I like Tom, and my nephew is Rowan.

Love and kisses from L.A.,
Laura

how about aaron, after your replacement husband? if i can't give you a baby physically because you haven't yet replaced marko, how about the one i gave you through couch encouragement?

Well, I'm partial to John (my son's name) and James (my son's name - he passed away.)
Also:
Jack
Jake or Jacob
Matt or Matthew
Andrew
Thomas

Nathan
Jake
Josh
Mark
Daniel
Wyatt
Dean
Sean

I'm sorry that I can't follow directions very well. I said Jake and Luke. Obviously you have fabulous taste in names since you have already used on of my favorites.

another fan of jack here. i was also thinking owen would be nice. :)

Derek

Jack sounds perfect ...

... I am so happy for you all!

Thrilled for you! THRILLED!

My vote is for John. It works wonderfully with A & K.

How about Jack? Or Ian?

Two of my favorites.

Mo

Gavin!

Congrats to you and yours!

Another vote for Jack and Sam.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo happy everything is good.

I vote Jake or Sam. Both great names!

I like Jake, Jack, Anthony, and
Alex (or Alec---my daughters name is Alexandria so Alex is a favirote) but I do like Adam, Kate and Jake the best!!

I was thinking Jack before I even read the comments and now I see it has been suggested SEVERAL times. It just rolls off the tongue! Kate, Adam and Jack! (Of course my boys are named Aidan and Cohen, so what do I know about classic names.)

George? It's my dad's name, is really solid, and is making a comeback (but not in that SICKENINGLY over-popular way....)

I like Jack, but Drew was my first thought when I said "Adam and Kate and ..." in my head.

Adam, Kate, ...
Nate, Jake, Cade, Dean, Bill, Cole, Dave, Mac, John

My sons are Cole and Camden. But I like Jack and Daniel. They all sound nice, though

My son's name is Evan. I chose it for the same reasons you chose Kate and Adam.

So I recommend Evan.

If you're taking suggestions from a complete stranger then here are my suggestions, fitting into your criteria:
Lee (or some spelling thereof)
Jake
Robert
Mark (or did Marko ever want a jr?)
Did I miss the entry when you found out it was going to be a boy?
Girl's names- Ann, Dawn, Dana, Sarah, Rose, Jackie, Lisa

Jack. Jake. Jordan. Can you tell I like the J's?

On another note I just found out I'm "oops" pg at 41 after adopting 3 kids who are now 3, 2 and 1 (shoot me now please). Can you keep some bits crossed for me today when I go for my first ultrasound? I'm a nervous fucking wreck.

YES!!!!!!!

Sam
Josh

Grant
Derek

Congrats!!

My friends boy is Leo, short and sweet.

I personally like Wayne and Rex (my husband's middle name), no idea why I like them, but I do.

Peter is one of my favorite names. I lobbied long and hard for my brother to be a Peter (I was 9) but he is an Alex. So you should have a Peter!

sam
jonah
isaac

those be my choices! am a little old testament in my names : )

I pick:
Sam, Jack, Eli, Theo, Wyatt, Will, and Zane.
Those are what I like.
Someone else suggested Miles, and I think that is quite good as well!

Mason
Jacob
Isaiah
Thomas

So happy for you!

Evan was my first thought, but Jack, Max, Drew, or Brad also fit your criteria.

Have to tell you YAY on the "normal" and 1male, what a relief!
Names - I like James (of course it was my Dad's name) and I also like
Aiden.
Love you T

Ian
John (= Ian)
Marko (Jr)?
Ethan
Luke

I like the Alex suggestion. We went with Tom which could work. Hmmm...Nick, Jonah, Jeff, John, Alan, Jared, James...

I wouldn't normally suggest my own son's name but it does work well with Kate and Adam: how about Ethan?

I love little boys' names!

My number one pick:

Will (my own son's name) Think Adam, Kate, and Will!

Other good choices:

Aaron
Andrew (Drew)
Gavin
Samuel (Sam)
Evan
Ethan
Thomas

One of my students has a name that has grown on me so much over the course of the year: Vin. It's short for Vincent but no one calls him that. I don't think it's trendy, but it's definitely not traditional.

How about Frank?

Sam
Jake
John
Jack
Lars

Jesse
Max
David
Xander
Ian
Michael
Gavin
Aiden
Garrett
Jake

Those were some of my favourites.

Joshua (Josh)

My personal favorites are Jack, John, James, Joseph, Henry, Max, Charlie, Cole, Thomas, Finn, and Ezra. I am so darn excited!

My youngest son is called Luke - and my oldest son is called Ryan! So - LN7 HAS to be Ryan! It fits in with Adam and Kate - (4 letters) In fact - my daughter is Emily, so it fits in - IE: Ryan, Emily and Luke - you can be Adam, Kate -E -E, and Ryan!
Sounds perfect! What do you say? Although - can I pass on the smooch?? (Unless you wear cherry chapstick, then I'll try it!)

Sean

I love the meaning of the name, ´cause Sean means "gracious gift of God"

James, Eric or Stephen would fit well w/ Adam and Kate. There might be 2 Steves in the class though (or at least there might be here in the US)

I was going to have Ethan but I had a girl instead! I read some of the suggestions and have to agree that Alex and Jack go well with Adam and Kate.

Congratulations and Enjoy!

I'd offer you the boy names from my list, as we're having a girl (and then we're done!), but I don't think they're your taste (names like Andreas, Gerrit, Etienne, Kohler).

What about a tried-and-true Afrikaans name like Riaan?

Congrats!!!

I like Noah or Caden.

Those are the names of my boys. Caden has a twin brother named Adam, so I definitely think they go together.

Here are some nice one syllable names:
Max
Jake
Paul
Brett
Jon
----
Names I really like:
Matthew (my youngest's name)
Joseph
Nicholas
Jacob
Noah
Brian

I just scanned the comments and didn't see Chris as a suggestion. I might have used it except it's my brother's name (Christopher), and I didn't want to inflate his ego too much.

James! It sounds nice with Albertyn, and there's no cuter nickname than Jamie for a little boy.

Peter is one of my favorite names. I lobbied long and hard for my brother to be a Peter (I was 9) but he is an Alex. So you should have a Peter!
------------
My oldest's name is Peterjoseph and no, that is not a typo. LOL But that name is probably too long for Tertia's taste. LOL

oooo baby names!
Jack
Drew
Ethan
Henry
Sam(uel)
David
Patrick
Noah
Jonah
Joseph
Oliver
Nathan

Jack is my choice too. Denver or Denzel would go nicely with Albertyn. What about Louis?

Congrats, Tertia! Long time lurker, happily peeking from where I hide to say I'm glad for you that all is well.

Hmmm, let's see if I avoid repeating others from off the top of my head. :) Your trend leans toward the traditional, so...

Ian. Blaine. Blair. Mark (out because of Marko?). Ross. Dane. Eric. Evan. James (or Jamie). Owen. Anton. Joel. Andrew (Drew). And let's not forget John (don't care for Jack as a stand-alone).

Scott seems to be a very American name (along with Brett and Ryan), but going to toss them out there anyway.

Of the above suggestions, I like Liam and Trevor the best.

Sounds like The Boy will be a Lucky Number 7 after all. Go baby!

(and if I win, you can keep the tongue! lol)

How about Greg? Or Steven?

Rafi
Milo
Bertie
Tom
Finn

I vote Sam!

I'm partial to Matthew (Matt or Matty) since I have one of my very own. Congrats on the wonderful news.

Jacob, think it sounds good with Adam and Kate. Adam Kate and Jacob. Sounds good.

Anything with two syllables will sound good.

Colin might be nice. Adam, Kate and Colin.

I like Noah. But then you'd have 2 Biblical names and the happy-clappers may think they've sucked you in.

Tertia, long time lurker (remember The Labor of Love? Yeah, that long!). I will submit the name Patrick for my vote...Adam, Kate and Patrick sounds good to me. I personally would not shorten it to Pat, but that too would fit.

I am so, so happy for LN7 and you!
Amy

Lucas, Ethan, Sam, Matthew

So happy for you :)

Ian

Eli

Alec

Reece

Gotta go with Jake. I love the name Jacob, but if that's too long Jake works just as well.

Another vote for Jack, Daniel, Eli, David, and Caleb.

Just not 'Jack Daniel' together. :)

James? Alex? Will?

I like these 2 names (my husband didn't):
Aiden
Ethan

Much love and congrats!

Paul, Michael, David, Matthew, Johnathan, Eric, Blake, William, Robert.

I also have an Ethan and an Eli and think they are fabulous names;)

hey, congrats!!!

Max or Zachry

Goodluck deciding

I KNOW! How about SIEBEN??? hehehe

Jacob/Jake
Zach
Sam

Jack Caleb :)

no name suggestions here - i had enough trouble coming up with one for my own. tooks us MONTHS. just wanted to say how thrilled i am about your wonderful results! so glad to hear your good news!

all the best,
karen

Sam! OK and that has nothing to do with the fact that my son's name is Sam -- it just really fits I think:)

I also like Jack and Matthew a lot.

I like the names that end with 'n' because of how they flow with Albertyn.

My faves so far:
Owen
Ryan
Evan
Ethan

But I also really like Sam, Max, and Jack.

I like James, Gabe, Michael, Trey and Logan. Of course there is always Ian, Evan, Finn, Greg, Sean, Liam, and William.

I am so happy for you and your family. Now I have to actually come up with names for our own little *surprise*. I completely understand not wanting to jinx anything. I have purchased one maternity shirt & absolutely nothing for baby yet. Oh, and I'm over half way done. Yep, just waiting for the jinx to show its face.

Jake.

I love Sam as well. And Charles.

Congratulations!

when i saw your name request, only one name came to mind....jack. :)

How about Thomas? You can call him Tom for short, of course. . . .nice classic name.

OK, this is getting too confusing! My votes are Samuel (Sam), Max, Jack and Owen. Please do a poll of the top contenders so we can narrow down the field at least :))) Congratulations on your healthy baby boy!

Today I am going with "Sam". Can't top it (nor shorten it). Works for us.

Hmmm...

Sam
Seth
Max
Miles
Jack
Jonah
Evan

Most partial to Sam, as I have one myself.

Names I liked for boys that seem to fit your parameters. (I never got to use them- 3 girls. :))

Jude
Milo
Daniel

Hi,
I think this baby needs a "strong" name. I suggest Blake

I am partial to James but I really like some of the suggestions above...Miles, Jack and Liam are great!

Regardless of what name you choose I couldn't be happier for you and your fmaily!! Have you looked up your due date yet?

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Names I like that seem to fit your criteria:

Nick (Nicholas)
Sam
Ryan
Owen
Evan
Will (William)
Nate (Nathan)

Can I get extra tongue?? (-:

Seth. Jack. Noah. John. Luke.

So far, Nick is my favorite. Sounds fabulous with the last name, and with Adam and Kate.

Noah and Sean are also nice, and I like the name Drake.

Max and Jack are great, but both are a little too popular for me right now.

For what it's worth!
xoxoxoxoxox
Billie

CariP = total ass. Why I kept Luke in that list is beyond me. Humblest apologies from the land of idiocy where I currently reside. Truly sorry.

Frank sounds good with Adam and Kate. Also -- CONGRAULATIONS!!!!

I like Max, Jake, Quinn and Noah.

Congratulations Tertia!

I was going to suggest Max and Milo but I see they have already been put out there, so I will second them.

How about Marcus or Per?

Delurking to post for first time. So pleased for you! My name suggestion is Jesse.
Julia

Hi Tertia
I've been crossing my fingers for you - and with results! Congratulations.

As for names, I like:
Max
Hugh
Hugo

Happy name-picking!
Annelise

David, Joel, Mark.

Three cheers for making it to the thinking-about-names point!

We need a poll

:o)

Yay! So exciting. I'm so very happy for you.

My picks:

Jack
Jake
Ryan
Evan

Congratulations!
Adam and Kate are nine letters apart so nine letters from Kate is a T name.

How about Toby or Timothy or Todd?
