Taken a few months ago at Moyo, an absolutely amazing African restuarant / experience. Hence the face markings (they come around and paint the decorations on your face for you) If you ever come to South Africa, this is a Must Visit place. The food and entertainment are typically African in flavour, and really really excellent.
At the back is sister Mel (35), sister Nina (30), then in front my very gorgeous mother and me (37)
Divine pic huh. Love it. Love having sisters.
What a gorgeous photo, definitely one to have framed on your wall! I adore having a sister and often feel sad for my daughter that she will never know that love. I'm hoping she and her brother will be good mates, but I don't think it's the same.

Isn't it lovely to have family! You're lucky to have two sisters.
I have one sister 1,9 yrs younger than med and we are really close. We've been going to the same schools, even at uni and we're now both doing the same professionally.
One big difference now is that she's pregnant. It's heavy, but I try not to fuck up our relationship too much. Has helped reading about you and your relationship with your sister Mel.
Am also v good friend to my brother at 27.

Oooh I love Moyo in Cape Town - One of my fav places to visit when in your neck of the woods! Also jealous of those fabulous sisters of yours - I have one wonderful younger brother but I don't think its the same :(

I always wondered what it would be like to have a sister. Dressing my brother up in my dresses when he was younger just wasn't quite the same.

Beautiful picture. I wish that 1) my mother was still alive (she died when I was 20) and 2) that I was closer to my sisters.

What a beautiful photo! I have only one sister, and we are pretty close, but very different.
We took a trip to South Africa last summer. I have to say, Cape Town is the prettiest place I've ever been, and I've traveled a good deal. (I conceived my daughter while in SA) Hopefully someday, when we can afford it, we'll go back and I'll visit Moyo! :-)

I hope I look as good as your Mom when my girls are in their 30s. Seems like a long shot but a girl can dream. Great picture.

Gorgeous photo, gorgeous women!
As I only child, I never knew what it was like to have any siblings so I've never been sure of what I'm missing. But I'm sure I'm missing something.
And I have to say, when I read your statement "Love having sisters," it warmed my heart. With my daughter being 15 months old, and just learning that we're having another girl, I feel so happy for her/them both. I hope that the two of them become good friends as they grow up and on into adulthood. Your closeness to your sisters (and mom!) gives me even more hope.

You and Nina look so much alike, and Mel and your mom share a strong resemblance. I'm guessing you and Nina take after your father?

What a beautiful bunch of babes!

Your family is not just gorgeous, but divine as well! Sisters are the best, aren't they? Got three of 'em myself, and while we nearly killed each other as teenagers (biggest age difference is 13 months, so imagine 4 teenaged girls sharing a small bathroom during high school - YIKES!), we couldn't be closer now. Given I was a .. *ahem* ... mature mother (had my girls at 44), I knew I wouldn't try for another, so I'm so glad my twin girls have each other. Sisters are da bomb!
And the restaurant? Seems like reason enough to visit SA!

I, too, have three sisters! It is DEVINE! I'm the oldest but not the wisest.
