The kind people at Toy Kingdom sent an awesome hamper of OT-specific toys to us this week to check out. I am a big fan of these type of toys as it enables the children to learn and develop so many skills without even realizing they are doing so. These toys focus on fine motor control, gross motor development, bilateral coordination and so much more.
The games in our hamper were the SMARTMAX Power Vehicle Mix and two games from Chalk and Chuckles: Why Connect and Beware of the Shark.
The games started off badly when Max hit Adam on the head with the little wooden tile holder thingy, but after the rocky start we progressed quite nicely. Kate absolutely loved the Shark game. But by far the biggest hit was the SMARTMAX Power Vehicle Mix. Max so excited to open the box and get stuck in.
Look how thrilled he is!
Stay tuned because in a few days time I will be giving away 2 hampers of OT specific toys from Toy Kingdom to two South African blog readers, yay!
