Its nice when it starts to warm up and you know theres months of warm weather ahead - instead of months of cold weather. You got some good looking kids there.

Would love some clouds & rain here. We could probably fry an egg on the sidewalk, as it is typically 105+ F here these days. Ugh. Thankful for pool & air conditioning these days. (You took off your conversion thingy, so I won't convert - will be very "American" and not use Celsius.)

Beautiful photo. I love the way the light just glows. Don't you just love the change of season? Of course, because we are getting to the end of summer here, the picture makes me think of the days getting cooler, not warmer.

Oh, Tertia, poor, dim Tertia. That's not winter you're having. On a warm winter day, one wears a lighter jacket, mere shoes instead of boots, and maybe takes off the mittens and hat. Barefoot outside? You don't even know what winter is, do you?

have to second orange. That was my thought exactly.. This is definetely not winter (I'm going on a summer holiday and just packed wollen sweaters for the whole family. I's 16 c right now with lots of rain (34 c 2 weeks ago, thats HOlland!))
