Stuff
Firstly, serious, grown up writing is bloody HARD! Blogging is easy compared to this stuff. It’s terrible, I find a million things to do besides write. It feels like I am studying again. You know you should be studying / writing but you purposely get distracted (i.e. painting your nails / tidying your cupboards / buying umbrella stands) and then oops, no time left.
I’ve only just started and I have writers block.
But today I took your advice and just started writing, any thing and got quite into it. So I’ve started.
This whole book thing is obviously a trip down memory lane, thinking back of all the things I went through. I’d blocked most of it and digging it all up – omg, I can’t believe what an absolutely terrible time I went through. I wouldn’t wish that shit on my worst enemy. Horrible, terrible, gut wrenching stuff.
Then, I although I am v tempted to tell you
how boring it is for me when you chaps are busy giving thanks and eating
turkey, but look what happened last year when I did complain!!! No thank you, last year’s drama was enough
to last a life time. Oh, happy thanksgiving btw.
Can you believe it’s almost Batboy’s birthday. Unreal.
Oh, re Rose – she is home and fine. I think the euphoria has worn off a little and the pain is starting to set in. She’s fine, still deliriously happy, but also tired. She’s been sleeping all day. Her boobs are unbelievable. I told her that I am sure her story is going to be the plastic surgeon’s ultimate success story for his CV. Seriously, the difference is unbelievable.
And, not saying any thing, but it’s someone’s birthday tomorrow. No names mentioned but she’s incredibly good-looking, unbelievably G&D, clever, witty, a bloody excellent shag and all round winner. Her husband has spoilt her rotten and her gifts include:
1x day at a top-notch spa
1x cd
1x unmentionable gift (clue – requires batteries)
Lastly, I just ate a vegetarian lasagne that had about 45,000 WW points in it. How annoying. Hate it when I do that. Can feel the cellulite forming as we speak.
Oh, and the braces are much better, thank god. I haven’t had wax on the whole day. I still can’t eat any thing hard, but as you can see from above, I am not starving.
Ok, off to potter around the Internet. Hope you are all having fun eating fowl and drinking whatever it is you drink at this time of the year.

Happy Birthday my friend. Enjoy your day...you so deserve it!

Now that's my kind of present. Mark got me some of those for X-mas last year and rechargable batteries*wink*
Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday, Asshole! xoxoxo
What's with the battery-operated gift? Is he going away on an extended business trip sometime soon? ;) ;) ;)

But I thought Rose wasn't married? heheh
Have a fabulous birthday (I think it's today in SA, right? Or is it still yesterday? It's not tomorrow yet here, so I'm assuming it's still today there.), Oh G&D One.
Enjoy your spa, cd and unmentionable. What a thoughtful husband - you go to the spa and get all relaxed and yummy feeling, then come home and listen to the cd while you put batteries in your unmentionable (it's a portable cd player, isn't it? *chuckle*).
Happy Birthday!

Aw, don't you have a link so your relatives can see what Marko bought for you? C'mon, tell me what toy he picked out. Does it spin?

Your husband bought you an unmentionable? I asked my husband if we could (ahem) perhaps get one to use sometimes, and I thought he was going to die of embarrassment. I really feared he would spontaneously combust on the spot. Guess I shouldn`t have mentioned it!

Happy Birthday! Be good.

L., go ahead and buy the toy yourself! I recommend the Honeysuckle Shop. There's even a 40% discount now for people who read the owner's blog. [Disclosure: The blogger/proprietor in question is a friend of mine, and I'm also a customer! ;-) ]

Happy early birthday, Tertia. We're both Sags so mine is also soon. I hope you get what you want. (Though by looking at your babies, I think you already have).

I hope your birthday was fabulous! I imagine it might just be the happiest you've had in a while, with the little ones to help you celebrate. :)
My b-day is next week but I am not so fond of birthdays. Bah!
