Woo hoo!! 30 weeks gestation today, on my 36th, I mean 21st birthday. A better gift I could not have asked for.
I am going to be happy the whole day. Not even caring about my advanced age. Then it’s head down until the next milestone, 32w.
30 weeks. I honestly didn’t think I would make 30 weeks. Could this mean, just maybe, that I could actually end up with two babies out of this? After all this time? Glimmers of hope are appearing between the cracks of terror.
Now if I could get the gift of 34w for Christmas (falls on Christmas Eve) then I would be a v v happy girl (ok, old bat). I need no other gift.
PS: Uterus behaved appallingly yesterday. Completely childish. Hoping for better behaviour today. Even phoned Dr.

Bad uterus. Behave!
30 weeks!!! YAYYYYYY!!!!
Here's to 34!

Happy Birthday!!! And Happy 30 weeks!!! What a wonderful milestone to hit! As one of the over-30 club, I have decided to give my age only in hexadecimal from here on out. So happy 24 Hex, Sweetie!!!

Happy Birthday Tertia! Now that you are 21, you can enter bars in America with ease... if only you weren't in SA... (but if you were here in Oz - whole 'nuther story)
30 weeks! Sweet dude.

Just had to drop in to wish you a very happy birthday!
So thrilled that you have got to 30 weeks.
My mum keeps asking about you (I showed her your letter to your mother - you said things I would love to say to my mum, but just don't know how, so a belated thank you for that). She'll be sooo pleased that you are doing so well.
Here's to a very happy Xmas and 34 weeks!! And then, wow, really - babies really could be in January?? Woohoo!!!!

WHOOHOO! Happy birthday, you old crone! You have the best present right there in your belly – and I’m not just saying that because I didn’t know it was your birthday and I haven’t got you a present…:)
You’re so close to 34 weeks – I too am beginning to allow the hope to overshadow the stark terror.

Hooray! Congratulations! Oh yeah, and happy birthday too. :) I know what a HUGE day this is. Enjoy and celebrate (horizontally, of course, lol). I'm sorry the ute has been difficult--don't question going to the doctor. I'm sure you know this, but the only difference between BH and regular ctxs is that regular change your cervix and the BH don't. Some docs don't even make that distinction. They have to be organized and frequent to change your cervix, but there's really nothing different about them. I'm glad you called the doc--I know it sucks but don't hesitate to go in. That's what they're there for.
Hugs and congrats on this very big day!

CONGRATULATIONS!! And a v v v Happy Birthday :) You are younger than my mom was when she had me...so live it up!!! One of my very good friends had her boy/girl twins at 32 weeks and they are healthy and happy, you are so close!!!
Posted by: Faerie | 26 November 2004 at 05:33 PM
Happy birthday, Tertia! Can I ask you one silly question, in vague reference to your birth? Yes? Great. Why are you called Tertia, when you are the eldest child in your family? Other than the fact that it's a really cool name, of course.
I'd offer to have my uterus phone up your uterus and give it a good talking-to, but then again my uterus was the idiot who decided it would be great to have contractions every two minutes for the last four weeks of my pregnancy.... Yeah, I won't have my uterus phone yours. The long-distance charges would be huge, in any case.
HOORAY for 30 weeks, and for Sagittarius mamas!

Happy 30th and 36th! Rolling into the 30s has got to be a great present. I hope you smile until your cheeks are sore.
(And don't tell your ute to "just relax." It will only make it more cranky and irritable. Trust me. As long as its staying pregnant, then give it compliments and chocolate.)

So, is your birthday November 26? So is mine! Yay for Sag's, everyone knows they are the best starsign. And huuuuge congrats on 30 weeks - I hadn't checked your blog for about three days and had cold fingers of terror stabbing at my heart until I saw the babies were still inside. Wohhoooh for 30 weeks!

OMG! 30 weeks is just the greatest thing. I think you can be utterly certain that you will be bringing home 2 healthy babies. Isn't there something so incredibly comforting about being in the 30's? It is a HUGE milestone. Every single day Adam and Kate stay in now makes a big difference. I'm so happy for you. And happy birthday, too!
